48 Hour Readathon!

If you know me, I love my readathons! MotherReader is hosting this one! This one takes place this weekend, you can start anytime from Friday at 7 am to Saturday at 7 am and go a full 48 hours to the next stop point. So, I plan on starting in an hour, after I've had a snack and some coffee. My migraine is fading (I know.. what a way to start Summer Vacation right?) and so I'm getting my books lined up.

The great thing about this challenge, is that you can also count time spent blogging towards your hours. There's some prizes involved and I'm aiming for 20-30 hours.

Here's what I plan on reading:

Finish Birthmarked by Caragh M. O'Brien (about 160 pages in)
Finish Perchance to Dream by Lisa Mantchev (about 190 pages in)
Finish What Happened on Fox Street by Trisha Springstubb (100 pages in)
Listen to some of Evermore by Alyson Noel
Read The Lost Children by Carolyn Cohagan
Read The Familiars by Adam Jay Epstein and Andrew Jacobson
Read Nightshade by Angela Cremer
Read Possessions by Nancy Holder

I may change this up a bit and add in some graphic novels, but that's my plan so far!

Wish me luck!

  3. Wow! I'd love to do something like that. I rarely get to read for 5 minutes uninterrupted :( I'd have to lock myself in a steal room! I can't wait till you review some of these. Nightshade, Birthmarked, and Perchance to Dream look great. I have read Evermore but it's great that you are listening to it.

    Good luck!!! Happy Reading :)
