And time to answer a few more questions:
Icedream asked: What was your favorite Saturday morning cartoon when you were a kid? Which character did you like best and why?
Wow, this takes me back a bit. I really really loved the Disney's Adventures of the Gummy Bears. I have to say my favorite character was Cubbi Gummy - the youngest and the one who was always getting into trouble. He wanted to be a knight and well.. he just cracked me up. I could totally relate to him as a kid because I was the one always running around getting lost and having adventures.
Bookaholic asked: Okay, what advice would you give me about blogging? And what was the most important thing you have learned while blogging?
Wow, great questions. So, here's the big advice about blogging - blog about something your passionate about. If you don't love it, you're not going to stick with it. Also, change things up - the world is constantly changing and so are you. I keep reformatting my reviews, switching memes and adding new features. I do this because I figure out what I like and try to change things up.
The most important thing I've learned while blogging is basically what I said above. Love what you do. Sure, blogging may just be a chance hobby for you, but if the subject is right you could practically do it forever. I've fallen in love with the community of book bloggers and have always loved reading that I can't see myself stopping. Sure, I'll try new things while blogging, but now that I've started I don't think I can stop. I think I've found that if you love something enough, you'll find time for it. And that's another part, finding the time to blog can be hard, but if you enjoy it, you'll figure out a way.
Wow, I rambled for a bit and that was all very serious. I know a few others asked similar questions to the one(s) above, so I hope you find what you are looking for in the answer! It's straight from my heart onto the computer so yep.. :-D
Onto the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI loved Gummi Bears as a kid and the first Christmas my fiance and I were together he bought it for me on dvd. Since then all of my friends have been filling in my cartoon collection, including She-Ra Princess of Power, Duck Tales and Hong Kong Phooey. The irony is that I don't own any of my all time favorite cartoon, Scooby Doo. If it weren't for the Boomerang Channel I don't know what I would do.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, my laziness and busy-ness often win. it doesnt help that I get tired easily
Superfriends was my favorite and Batman and Wonder Woman were my favorite characters.
ReplyDeleteI like the question by Bookaholic and also the way you answer it. I always think that I should stick to one review format because I first thought that it is a part of my identity in this blogging world. I guess I thought wrong :-S Plus, changes are good, no?
ReplyDeleteThank you for the advice!
My fav cartoon was Scooby Doo. It's still my favorite. I liked Shaggy the best. Although I could never understand why he was so scared. Every ghost or goblin they uncovered turned out to be some guy.
