It's Monday, What are you Reading?

This fantastic meme is now hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books.

Read this past week:
Mockinjay by Suzanne Collins
(Not exactly epic, but definitely couldn't put it down for long.)
Pegasus by Robin McKinley
(A little slow and without action, but still an interesting read - took me three weeks to finish.)
Peter & Max by Bill Willingham
(A fantastic, if a bit violent fairy tale retelling by the amazing graphic novelist Bill Willingham.)

Currently Reading:
Sacred Scars by Kathleen Duey
Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

Upcoming:
Guardians of Gahoole: The Capture by Kathryn Lasky
Low Red Moon by Ivy Devlin
I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore

Reviewed Last Week:
Shade by Jeri Smith-Ready

So, a smaller reading week, but I got a review up! Yay! I really need to get my act together. I did have two blog tours going on last week. Links to the posts and giveaways are up at the top of the blog, as usual. :)

So, what are you guys reading?

  2. You had a good week. I hope to get to Mockingjay this week if I can fit it in around school workshops and open houses. Maybe I'll get to I Am Number Four this week too. My Monday Report is here. Happy reading!

  6. Wow, Kristen, so many good books! I think you're doing pretty well, considering school is starting again.

I loved Sacred Scars and am still waiting (impatiently!) for my copy of Mockingjay!

I'd like to read Clockwork Orange, too. My older son LOVED the Guardians of Ga'hoole series when he was in middle school, as did most of his friends. Are you getting ready for the upcoming movie?

  7. I agree about Pegasus--it felt like a long prologue to the real story to come in Book II.
