Vampires, Werewolves and Witches! Oh My!

Well, Halloween is RIGHT around the corner and we all know that I love my paranormal books. So, I wanted to share some faves with you of different books featuring different, otherworldly creatures. Been meaning to do this all month, but I'm buckling down - a few days before Halloween.

Sadly, my costume for school is a wee bit lame - I'm going to be the Cat in the Hat! I may not be brave enough to get a photo. It's a bit of a makeshift outfit due to my lack of planning...

Okay, so onto the book fun - I keep digressing. These are all YA. I do read some paranormal romance - so if you're aching for those titles - send me an email. :-D

  2. What an awesome list!
And I just realized that I said exactly the same thing as the person before me. I haven't read most of these, but I guess I've got to get on it.

  3. Great lists.

I used to dress a CINTHat when I was teaching. For the REad across America event. I looked and looked for a CINThat hat, and then once the movie came out they were everywhere!

  4. Oh, this is such a good list. I have to read some of these. I just finished up Forest of Hands and Teeth, and though there were some things that bothered me, I loved it. I really need to review it before I start forgetting...
And you MUST put a picture up!

  9. This is brilliant. Thank you so much! For werewolves, you can add The Changeling Prince by Vivian Vande Velde (it's reverse werewolf story and awesome. Welland is a wolf that has been turned into a human by a witch with her own designs, but the difference between him is that he is the only wolf who prefers his human form). The cover is hideous, but the story is well worth looking past it.
