  4. Such a great group of books! We had a book fair this week at my media center. I picked up The Vampire's Promise by Cooney and put it down quite a number of times. I resisted temptation. But we did get it with our profits for the media center. I also got River Marked and can't wait to start it. Happy reading!

  13. AN - i loved Shattering Glass SO much! and of course, anything by Gail Giles pretty much rocks my face off so Cass was a good choice too. :)

    K - so glad you got Slog's Dad! also, i hope you get around to Chains soon. as if it's any surprise with Laurie Halse Anderson as the author, Chains is a great and such a refreshing read from the other stuff out there flooding the market.
