  4. Such a great group of books! We had a book fair this week at my media center. I picked up The Vampire's Promise by Cooney and put it down quite a number of times. I resisted temptation. But we did get it with our profits for the media center. I also got River Marked and can't wait to start it. Happy reading!

  11. AN - i loved Shattering Glass SO much! and of course, anything by Gail Giles pretty much rocks my face off so Cass was a good choice too. :)

    K - so glad you got Slog's Dad! also, i hope you get around to Chains soon. as if it's any surprise with Laurie Halse Anderson as the author, Chains is a great and such a refreshing read from the other stuff out there flooding the market.

  13. Wow! That's a big list. I'm getting ready to read Hex Hall and I have a feeling I'm going to really like it... So the second on is definitely on my wish list and the new Mercy Thompson book has me drooling, can't wait to read that one...
