Today I have a great teen blogger who loves reading, in fact she has some guardians of her bookshelves. You'll have to read below to find out what fiercely guards her books!

Tell me a bit about yourself.
Hi! My name is Chloe, and I am a young teen who loves to read! I read pretty much all YA, but every once in a while I stick a nice middle grade or adult book in there. Other than reading I love to downhill ski and cross country ski and play with my dog, Annie. Fun fact: I have 6 miniature cacti on my bookshelf. They guard the books :)

When and why did you start your blog?
I started blogging back in October, mainly as a way to review books I read. I have since fallen in love with book blogging, and I have met so many nice people along the way!

What is your blog all about? Any cool features you want to share?
My blog is all about YA books. I have at least 1 review every week, and I have contests every month. I also participate in fun memes like In My Mailbox and Waiting On Wednesday.

What are some of your favorite genres and/or books currently?
Well I just finished 2 amazing books - Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins & Graceling by Kristin Cashore. I usually stick to realistic fiction books, and I sometimes stray into fantasy or paranormal romance. I also LOVE Brit Lit (Georgia Nicolson books) and Aussie Lit (Feeling Sorry for Celia series).

How do you find out about the books you read?
Before I started blogging I already had a Goodreads account. This is how I found out about most of the books I read. I still have and frequently use my Goodreads account, but now I find almost all of my books through blogs.

Any tips or advice for those starting or thinking about starting a blog?
Just keep blogging! Has anyone seen the movie Finding Nemo? Well, in that fantastic fishy movie, Dori sings a song that goes ""Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..."" When you're feeling down because you aren't getting as many followers as you'd like or as many comments you'd hoped for, just sing a little song that goes something like this - ""Just keep blogging, just keep blogging...""

And remember that there are many bloggers willing to help you! When I had just started I contacted some of my favourite bloggers, and they gave me a lot of good advice that kept me going!
